The staff were very helpful although the ammenities were basic.
Good sized Junior Suite. Staff worked hard to help us.
A bit far from the centre. Breakfast very basic. But staff tried hard to assist us. No coffee maker in room.

Good
The room is very spacious and the beds comfortable. The staff were nice and helpful. The bath in the room was great. There is an option to leave the bags in the hotel when going to the Machupicchu.
When we arrived there weren't hot water in the shower and we had to ask them to fix it and waited quite a while before we were able to shower. Also the main bulb in the room didn't work. If it was a two stars hotel it wouldn't be a problem, but we expected more. The view from our room was actually into a building site.

Very Good
Located at the end of town so pretty quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was alright but nothing spectacular.
Room was smelly even after we opened the windows for few hours. Not amazing value for money but as are all things in this town
