« Pas aux attentes d’un 4 étoiles, séjour non conforme à notre réservation. »
Nous avions réservé une grande suite dans cet hôtel avec douche, baignoire spa, grand balcon et vue que nous n’avons finalement pas eu. Lorsque nous avons récupéré la chambre, celle-ci ne correspondait pas à notre réservation : il y avait deux lits au lieu d’un grand lit, pas de douche, la chambre était beaucoup plus petite, et nous n’avions pas le balcon et la vue comme sur les photos. La suite réservée n’était pas disponible pour cause de travaux soit disant et nous n’avons pas été prévenu au préalable. Le remboursement était long et il nous a fallu négocier longtemps pour payer moins cher la chambre qui nous a finalement été octroyée. Organisation décevante pour un 4 étoiles…

« Photos tape à l’œil, mauvais rapport qualité prix. »
Chambre spacieuse, à 5 minutes à pieds du centre ville dans une ruelle calme. Télé avec service de streaming.
Le petit déjeuner ne ressemble absolument pas aux photos. Très peu varié et aliments douteux. Chambre et hôtel en général moyennement propre. Nous avions le privilège d’avoir une baignoire spa que nous avons mis en route avant de l’utiliser, des saletés noires en sont sorties. Le personnel ne parle quasiment pas anglais alors que nous sommes dans l’une des villes les plus touristiques du Pérou.
